Senior Data Engineer

Title: Senior Data EngineerLocation: Guadalajara, MX Hybrid/Onsite JD-: Job Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with experience in designing and building scalable cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, DBT, AWS, and Python, with experience developing modern data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.Domain Expertise:Strong Global Supply Chain knowledge covering Demand & Supply Planning, Production & Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement & Logistics, S&OP/IBP, and NPI. (Preferably, 2+ years of relevant domain experience)Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.Build and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt.Develop Python-based data processing and automation solutions.Leverage AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, and EMR to build cloud-native data platforms.Optimize data performance, ensure data quality, and implement best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design discussions.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in SnowflakeHands-on experience with DBTAdvanced Python programmingAWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR, Athena)Advanced SQL and Data Warehousing conceptsExperience with ETL/ELT pipeline developmentGit and CI/CD toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
