Candidates must have strong, recent, hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC/IICS and be comfortable with deep technical interviews.MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS5+ years of hands-on Informatica IDMC / IICS development experience is mandatoryStrong hands-on experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using InformaticaMinimum 3+ years of experience with Informatica, Snowflake, DBT, SQL, and PythonStrong experience with Snowflake data engineering and database developmentStrong SQL and Python programming skillsExperience with data modeling, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and SCD Type 2Strong understanding of data quality, data lineage, metadata, governance, and securityExperience with data partitioning, indexing, and performance optimizationPrior experience in Banking and/or Financial ServicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to clearly translate business requirements into technical solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC/IICS, SQL, and PythonDevelop and maintain Snowflake database structures and data solutionsBuild data models supporting enterprise reporting and analyticsEnsure data quality, integrity, lineage, and metadata are properly maintainedOptimize ETL processes, pipelines, queries, and overall data platform performanceCollaborate with business analysts, finance, operations, risk, and other stakeholders to understand data requirementsTranslate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutionsSupport API-based data ingestion and streaming solutionsFollow enterprise data architecture, governance, compliance, and security standardsProvide technical guidance and best practices to downstream data consumersMentor junior data engineers and contribute to knowledge sharingTroubleshoot complex data and ETL issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvementStay current with modern data engineering technologies and best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred5+ years of data engineering / ETL development experience5+ years of hands-on Informatica IDMC/IICS experience3+ years of experience with:InformaticaSnowflakeDBTSQLPythonBanking or Financial Services industry experienceStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong understanding of data governance and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and collaboration skills
