We're Hiring: Senior Data Science & AI Specialist – AIDA-AI & Advanced Data AnalyticsArab Bank is looking for an experienced Senior Data Science & AI Specialist to join our AIDA-AI & Advanced Data Analytics team. This is a senior-level opportunity for a driven professional ready to lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions that shape the future of banking.What You'll DoYou will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning and AI model development—from research and experimentation through to production deployment. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making by translating complex datasets into actionable, high-level insights that optimize business operations and drive organizational efficiency.Beyond traditional model development, you will design and build agentic AI solutions that enable autonomous, multi-step reasoning and intelligent task orchestration across enterprise workflows. You will architect scalable data pipelines, lead prompt engineering efforts, and develop software tools and APIs that integrate AI capabilities—including agentic architectures—into production systems.You will also engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities where AI, data science, and agentic solutions can deliver measurable business value and transform how the organization operates.As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior data scientists, champion best practices, uphold AI ethics and compliance standards, and contribute to advancing Arab Bank's position within the global AI ecosystem.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in data science and AIProficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQLStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and AI frameworks and librariesExperience architecting and managing robust, scalable data pipelines for ML and AI model deploymentFamiliarity with Generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic AI design patterns (e.g., tool-use, orchestration, multi-step reasoning)Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AzureKnowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BIAbility to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong commitment to data integrity and governanceEffective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teamsWhy Arab BankArab Bank provides a forward-thinking environment where data science, artificial intelligence, and agentic AI are central to strategic transformation.
