The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and portfolio growth while working closely with business stakeholders in a client-facing consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop predictive models to identify customer targeting opportunities, increase card spend, improve customer retention, and reduce churn.Design customer segmentation strategies for credit and debit card portfolios to support lifecycle marketing, personalization, and campaign optimization.Analyze marketing campaign performance across customer segments, products, channels, and behavioral patterns, providing actionable business insights.Design and execute test-and-learn frameworks, including A/B testing, control groups, campaign measurement methodologies, and post-campaign evaluations.Build scalable analytical models and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.Collaborate with business, marketing, product, and technology teams to translate analytical findings into practical business solutions.Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations.Ensure analytical models are explainable, validated, and aligned with business objectives.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Analytics Consulting.Strong domain expertise in the banking industry, with hands-on experience in credit card and debit card analytics.Proven experience in:Marketing AnalyticsPredictive ModelingCustomer SegmentationCampaign AnalyticsPortfolio AnalyticsCustomer Behavior AnalyticsAdvanced proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL.Experience working with large-scale banking datasets, including:Customer ProfilesCard Transaction DataCampaign Performance DataCustomer Behavioral DataStrong understanding of:Statistical ModelingMachine Learning AlgorithmsModel ValidationPerformance MonitoringExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present analytical findings to senior business leaders.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Risk, and Data Management.Strong consulting mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, ownership, and commitment to timely delivery.Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting role on-site in Saudi Arabia.Preferred QualificationsCurrently based in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah preferred).Prior experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC banking sector.Hands-on experience with card lifecycle analytics, including:Customer AcquisitionCard ActivationSpend GrowthCustomer EngagementRetentionAttrition AnalysisExperience with CRM platforms, campaign management systems, and marketing automation tools.Knowledge of advanced marketing analytics techniques such as:A/B TestingUplift ModelingNext Best Action (NBA)Offer OptimizationCustomer Lifetime Value (CLV) ModelingExposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystemsInterested candidates can share cv at simmi@hiresquad.in
