Senior Data Scientist | AI & GenAI | Government Organization | JerusalemHave you already taken complex AI solutions from concept to Production?A government organization in Jerusalem is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to provide professional and technical leadership across advanced Data Science and Generative AI initiatives.This is a highly hands on role combining AI architecture, engineering, GenAI development, Production deployment, and technical leadership.What You'll Do• Lead end to end AI and Data solutions from requirements and architecture through Production • Develop hands on solutions using LLMs, NLP, RAG, Text to SQL, and AI Agents • Build Retrieval pipelines, Embeddings, Vector Search, and Semantic Layers • Design scalable AI and Data architectures across Cloud and multi source environments • Drive MLOps, LLMOps, and DataOps processes, including monitoring, automation, and versioning • Evaluate GenAI and NLP systems using metrics, testing, and error analysis • Conduct Code Reviews and provide technical leadership to Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Developers • Lead complex initiatives from POC through full Production deploymentWhat We're Looking For• 7+ years of professional experience across Data roles, required • At least 3 years of Data Science experience, required • Proven experience developing and deploying RAG, NLP, and Information Retrieval solutions to Production • Experience with Embeddings, Chunking, Reranking, Indexing, and Text to SQL • Advanced Python and SQL skills • Experience with Vector Databases, Search Engines, Document Stores, and Knowledge Graphs • Experience evaluating GenAI and NLP systems • Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and DataOps • Experience designing AI and Data Science architectures in Cloud environments • Deep understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI • Proven experience leading complex projects from POC to ProductionNice to have: Experience in large scale, government, or regulated environments and familiarity with taxation domains.Education• Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Science, or Mathematics or • PhD with 9+ years of professional experience📍 Jerusalem | Full time
