Full-Time role Location - New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)Local candidates only What We’re Looking For:3+ years in AI/ML, Data Scientist, or related roleStrong Python & production-level system development experienceHands-on experience building and deploying GenAI and LLM systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databasesExperience with AWS, Docker, GitHub, and modern DevOps practicesSolid understanding of ML concepts and deploying models at scaleStrong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindsetDesign, evaluate, and productionize GenAI modelsOptimize prompts, pipelines, and system performance (latency, cost, scalability)Develop robust backend integrations for real-time & batch AI solutionsImplement monitoring, evaluation, and observability frameworksCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to solve complex problems
