You will be joining a collaborative environment where data, engineering, and product teams work closely to deliver production-ready solutions.The RoleYou will act as a Senior Data Scientist with a strong engineering focus, owning end-to-end delivery of AI solutions in a production environment.Lead the design, build, and deployment of machine learning and AI applicationsTake ownership of key initiatives from concept through to production and business adoptionDevelop solutions including AI assistants, recommendation systems, summarisation tools, and underwriting modelsWork across Python, SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern MLOps practicesBuild and deploy solutions using LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and agent-based systemsPartner with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI solutionsContribute to best practices in governance, monitoring, and responsible AI deploymentYour Skills and ExperienceStrong commercial experience delivering machine learning or AI solutions in production environmentsExpertise in Python and SQL for data analysis, modelling, and deploymentExperience working with cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP, and CI/CD pipelinesSolid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and deployment best practicesExposure to generative AI, LLMs, or retrieval augmented generation is valuableAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat They OfferSalary up to £95,000 plus a competitive bonus schemeHybrid working with two days per week in a London officeStrong pension contribution and comprehensive benefits packagePrivate healthcare and a range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefitsOpportunity to work on visible, business-critical AI programmesA clear pathway for progression within a growing AI teamHow to ApplyIf you are interested in building and deploying impactful AI solutions in a collaborative and evolving environment, please apply with your CV.
