Senior Data Scientist

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-performing data and AI team focused on delivering advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions at enterprise scale. This is an exciting opportunity to work on business-critical initiatives that leverage data to improve customer outcomes, optimize operations, and unlock new growth opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions that address complex business challenges.Partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.Define analytical approaches and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned to business objectives.Design, develop, and productionize predictive models for customer analytics, segmentation, forecasting, propensity modelling, recommendation systems, and business optimization.Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions into enterprise applications and workflows.Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and experimentation to generate actionable business insights.Design and execute A/B testing, uplift modelling, segmentation strategies, and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve business outcomes.Build scalable machine learning workflows and analytical solutions using modern cloud and big data technologies.Implement model governance, monitoring, explainability, and continuous performance optimization to ensure reliable production AI systems.Collaborate with engineering and business teams to operationalize machine learning models and analytical solutions.Mentor junior data scientists through technical guidance, collaborative problem-solving, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.Communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models into production environments.Solid understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation techniques, and performance monitoring.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for analytics and machine learning development.Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, or Databricks.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Airflow, or similar platforms.Experience with software engineering best practices, including modular development, testing, version control, and reproducible machine learning workflows.Experience using version control platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex business problems through data-driven approaches.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and analytical insights to diverse audiences.Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to collaborative, cross-functional teams.Please contact Ella Godinez at EllaG@charterhouse.com.sg for a confidential discussion.Only successful candidates will be notified.EA License No.: 16S8066
