The environment is collaborative, product-led, and centred around solving complex problems with real-world impact.The RoleWorking as part of a product team, you'll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to help shape the future of AI-powered experiences.You will:Analyse large-scale text, document, and conversation data to uncover patterns in user behaviourApply NLP, semantic analysis, classification, and regression techniques to answer product questionsDevelop frameworks to evaluate AI performance and measure user outcomesInvestigate prompts, model responses, and interaction data to understand what drives successful experiencesTurn complex analysis into clear recommendations that influence product strategy and roadmap decisionsOwn projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data exploration through to modelling, insight generation, and stakeholder communicationDesign and evaluate experiments to support product development and feature launchesWork closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve user experience and business outcomesHelp establish best practices for analysing unstructured and AI-generated dataYour Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience working as a Data Scientist within a product teamHands-on experience analysing high-volume text, conversation, messaging, or document dataDeep understanding of NLP, semantic analysis, or text-focused machine learning techniquesStrong Python and SQL skillsExperience applying statistical and machine learning methods such as classification and regressionProven ability to influence product decisions through data and experimentationComfortable working in ambiguous environments where problems are not clearly defined from the outsetStrong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience in AI-native, SaaS, enterprise software, or other product-led technology businesses is highly desirableWhat They OfferUp to £110,000 - £125,000 base salaryCompetitive RSU packageSign-on bonus availableFlexible hybrid workingExposure to cutting-edge AI products and large-scale user interaction dataThe opportunity to play a key role in a growing and highly visible functionClear scope to influence product direction and mentor others within the teamHow to ApplyIf you've worked directly within a product team and have strong experience using NLP and semantic analysis to drive product decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
