Through our unique Employeneurship model, we combine the security of permanent employment with the opportunities of entrepreneurship, empowering our consultants to drive their careers while working on innovative and impactful projects.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to join an exciting international project and help transform complex data into actionable business insights.This is an opportunity for a data professional who enjoys tackling challenging problems, developing advanced analytical solutions, and influencing business decisions through data-driven approaches.What You'll DoDevelop and deploy predictive and machine learning models.Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve key business challenges.Design and implement data science solutions from experimentation to production.Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.Support the continuous improvement of data products, models, and analytical frameworks.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience with machine learning frameworks and data science libraries.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and experimentation.Experience working with large datasets and modern data ecosystems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex analytical findings into business value.Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to best practices is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience with MLOps practices.Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, or Big Data technologies.Experience in Gaming, Retail, Financial Services, or other data-driven industries.Cloud certifications.Important Disclaimer⚠️ To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be based in Portugal and hold either a valid Portuguese Residence Permit/Card or an EU Passport.
