Senior Data ScientistLocations: Bangalore | Mumbai | Gurgaon | Pune | ChennaiExperience: 5.5–10 YearsCompensation: Up to ₹36 LPAEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team working on advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and machine learning solutions.The role involves solving complex business problems using sophisticated AI/ML techniques, conducting independent research and experimentation, and delivering scalable, high-quality data science solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand complex business problems and independently develop analytical and machine learning solutions.Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality Data Science solutions and actionable insights.Conduct statistical and machine learning research, experimentation, and prototyping.Gather and analyze data, perform exploratory data analysis, and identify meaningful patterns and insights.Develop, validate, and optimize machine learning models.Work across the end-to-end Data Science lifecycle, including problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, visualization, monitoring, and maintenance.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.Work with stakeholders and client-facing teams on advanced statistical and machine learning problems.Translate complex analytical problems into practical and scalable solutions.Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and apply relevant techniques to business problems.Required Qualifications5.5–10 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning projects.Expert-level proficiency in Python or R.Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical techniques.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience working on end-to-end Data Science pipelines.Experience with data gathering, EDA, modelling, visualization, model monitoring, and maintenance.Ability to independently break down complex problems and identify appropriate analytical techniques.Strong understanding of data structures and machine learning concepts.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in one or more of the following areas will be an advantage:Deep LearningNatural Language Processing (NLP)Image ProcessingRecommendation SystemsAdvanced Statistical ModellingPredictive AnalyticsExperience in any of the following domains is preferred:CPG: Pricing & Promotion Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Trade Promotions, Supply ChainBFSI: Cross-sell/Upsell, Campaign Analytics, Treasury Analytics, Fraud DetectionHealthcare: Medical Adherence, Medical Risk Profiling, EHR Data, Fraud/Waste/AbuseAdditional experience with:Linux environments and command-line toolsRDBMS / SQLNoSQL databasesMongoDBData processing and large-scale datasetsEducationB.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.*Note: Candidates with strong hands-on Data Science and Machine Learning experience are encouraged to apply.
