Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, AI algorithms, and statistical analyses to address business challenges (e.g., predictive analytics, recommendation, hyper personalization, fraud detection, etc.).
• Lead a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance and mentoring on model development, experimentation, and implementation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Business to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
• Identify relevant datasets, perform data mining, and ensure data quality for modeling purposes.
• Communicate insights and model outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business decisions.
• Define project roadmaps—from ideation and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring—ensuring alignment with business goals
• Build robust predictive and prescriptive models (classification, regression, clustering, time-series, GenAI, etc.)
• Continuously explore, pilot new methods and select proper modeling—Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI, LLMs, XAI—and promote best practices
• Describe AI models using Explainable AIJob Requirements:
• BSc in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience leading projects and teams of data science
• Proficiency in Python (or R), SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
• MUST: Experience deploying models in production environments, not only solution development.
• Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas), R, SQL
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face)
• Skilled in MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Implement performance tracking and drift detection
• Provide explanation for model inference with XAI
• Proven experience to lead solution from early development, until production automation and monitoring.
