This role involves designing and implementing advanced analytical models to generate actionable insights on community performance and growth. Responsibilities include collecting and preparing data, conducting exploratory data analysis, building predictive and prescriptive models, and developing dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings. The Senior Data Scientist partners with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, validate hypotheses with rigorous statistical methods, and present recommendations to leadership and clients. The role also includes mentoring junior data professionals, contributing to best practices, and continuously improving TribeROI’s analytical capabilities.Qualifications Strong Data Science expertise, including experience with machine learning, model development, and deployment.Solid foundation in Statistics, with the ability to apply statistical methods to design experiments, test hypotheses, and quantify uncertainty.Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for transforming raw data into clear insights that support decision-making.Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques to build intuitive dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.Advanced skills in programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with SQL and data pipelines.Background working with real-world, messy datasets and cloud or big data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Spark) is highly beneficial.Strong business acumen, with the ability to align analytical work to organizational goals and clearly communicate impact.Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and work on-site in Taipei.Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
