In this role, you will work translating complex business questions into data-driven insights that inform executive decisions and drive revenue growth. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of analytics, storytelling, and business strategy. You will own the full project lifecycle, from scoping and data extraction to final reporting and stakeholder presentation.What You Will Do• Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate requests into structured analytics projects• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics reporting• Produce weekly performance slides and narratives covering acquisition trends, what drove results, and what needs attention• Develop forecasts and projections based on current run rates across organic and paid acquisition channels• Perform root cause analysis and deep dives using SQL, data models, and agentic AI tools to surface actionable insights• Analyze the full Ads Sales funnel: impressions, site visits, acquisitions, and payment behavior by segment, geography, and channel• Identify growth opportunities and underperforming areas, and deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders• Apply structured analytical frameworks to ambiguous business problems, breaking them into testable hypotheses• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytical outputsWhat You Bring• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field• Advanced SQL skills; this is a core, daily requirement• Hands-on experience with Google Looker Studio or equivalent BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure open-ended problems independently• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment, with polished communication skills for executive audiences• Comfort working in a B2C context, ideally in ad tech, marketing analytics, or digital media• Proficiency in Python (preferred)• Familiarity with Generative AI and agentic model workflows (strong differentiator)• Working knowledge of A/B testing, statistics, and marketing funnel analysis (nice to have)What Success Looks Like• Client stakeholders trust your analysis and seek your perspective on business performance• Weekly reporting is delivered on time, with clear narratives that go beyond the numbers• You can walk into an ambiguous question and return with a structured, well-supported answer• Your SQL and dashboard work is accurate, efficient, and built for reuse• You contribute to a team culture of intellectual curiosity and rigorous thinkingPay:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120,000 - $150,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.Benefits:As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
