Senior Delivery Consultant – Technology StaffingLocation: LondonType: PermanentWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to take ownership of delivery across some of our highest-demand technology accounts.This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who is excellent at finding and engaging technology talent but is equally comfortable speaking directly with clients, taking requirements and managing relationships.The RoleYou’ll work across established accounts with consistent requirements and significant opportunity for growth.Your responsibilities will include:Managing multiple technology requirements across key accountsSourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidatesWorking directly with clients to take and qualify new requirementsManaging candidates throughout the full recruitment processProviding market insight, rate guidance and candidate availabilityBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersEnsuring a consistently high level of delivery across your accountsIdentifying opportunities to expand existing client relationshipsSupporting and mentoring more junior consultants as the team growsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong track record within contract recruitment and deliveryExperience working across high-volume or high-demand accountsExcellent sourcing and candidate engagement skillsConfidence dealing directly with clients and hiring managersStrong organisation and ability to manage multiple live requirementsCommercial mindset and understanding of account growthAmbition to progress into leadershipCareer ProgressionThis role has a clear pathway into a Delivery Lead position.As you establish yourself and grow your accounts, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of Delivery Consultants, taking greater responsibility for client relationships, account performance and the development of the people working underneath you.We’re looking for someone who doesn't just want their next recruitment role, but wants the opportunity to build something and progress into leadership as the business grows.
