Demand Planning Section Head – QSR / F&BLocation: Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Food & Beverage / QSRWe are looking for an experienced Demand Planning Section Head with strong QSR/F&B experience to lead demand forecasting and planning activities for a large-scale restaurant operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end demand planning and forecasting process.Develop accurate forecasts for food, beverages, ingredients, packaging, and other restaurant requirements.Analyze historical sales, trends, seasonality, promotions, and business growth to improve forecast accuracy.Manage SKU-level and branch-level demand forecasting.Lead and coordinate the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehousing, and Marketing teams.Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.Support purchasing and replenishment decisions based on demand forecasts.Develop and monitor KPIs related to forecast accuracy, inventory, service level, and planning efficiency.Prepare regular demand-planning reports and provide insights to senior management.Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, systems, and forecasting accuracy.Ensure demand plans are aligned with restaurant expansion, promotions, seasonal demand, and business targets.Requirements –Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s preferred.5+ years of hands-on Demand/Supply Planning experience in FMCG, QSR, or Retail – mandatory.Strong S&OP experience with proven forecasting and planning expertise.Experience working with manufacturing/production planning, including BOM and capacity planning.KSA/GCC experience preferred, with knowledge of Ramadan seasonality and SFDA regulations.Strong ERP experience – SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with knowledge of statistical forecasting.APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBF CPF certification is highly preferred.Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
