Senior Dental Trainer Associate

Job PurposeThe Dental Trainer Associate supports the development of clinical competencies by assisting in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of dental training programs for dentists and clinical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and delivering dental training programs (theoretical & practical)Support clinical skill development for dentists, dental nurses, and related teamsHelp develop training materials, modules, and SOPs based on clinical standardsCoordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant attendanceAssist in evaluating training effectiveness and collecting feedbackStay updated on the latest dental techniques, materials, and best practicesWork closely with Dental Trainers, Clinical Leaders, and Talent TeamRequirementsBackground in Dentistry / Dental Nursing / related dental fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in clinical dental practice or training support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Strong interest in training, education, and knowledge sharingGood communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and proactiveWilling to travel for training sessions if neededHaving an STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is a plusPenempatan : Jakarta Selatan
