In this strategic role, you will lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise systems, driving innovation while maintaining technical excellence. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, efficient architectural solutions and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver transformative design outcomes.Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives and business goalsDesign scalable system architectures that balance innovation, performance, and cost-effectivenessLead and mentor design teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvementConduct thorough analysis of existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and modernizationCollaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements and translate them into architectural frameworksEstablish and enforce design standards, best practices, and architectural governance policiesEvaluate emerging technologies and design methodologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry innovationCreate detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design specifications, and implementation roadmapsReview and approve design proposals from team members, ensuring alignment with organizational standardsParticipate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team developmentQualificationsMinimum 10 years of professional experience in design architecture or enterprise architecture rolesProven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologiesAdvanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex systemsDemonstrated experience leading and managing design teamsComprehensive portfolio showcasing successful architectural projects and design implementationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiencesExperience with digital transformation initiatives and modernization projectsKnowledge of cloud architecture and distributed system designFamiliarity with emerging design technologies and industry trendsStrong organizational and project management skillsPreferred: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent architecture credentialsPreferred: Experience mentoring junior architects and fostering professional developmentPreferred: Background in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
