Our flagship showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road delivers a refined, design led client experience.RoleWe are looking for a Senior Design Consultant to join our showroom retail design team. This is a senior, client facing role combining luxury kitchen design with showroom leadership. You will lead consultations from first walk in to project completion, translating client briefs into refined kitchen designs using Stosa's internal design platform, while guiding clients through layouts, materials, finishes, appliances, and technical detailing. You'll set the standard for a premium showroom experience and act as a full design consultant to every client you take on.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome walk in clients, take their brief, and lead them through the full design journey from concept to completionCreate bespoke kitchen concepts and design proposals on MetronPrepare layouts, elevations, and technical drawingsPresent materials, finishes, cabinetry systems, and appliancesIntroduce clients to the brand and full collection rangeLead design and sales discussions in a luxury showroom environmentCollaborate with architects and designers on their clients' projectsBuild and maintain long term client relationships, following up through every project stageSet design and visual standards within the showroomWho You AreProactive and high energy, a true go getter who loves design and client workCreative, with a strong eye for detail and finishOrganized and structured in how you manage multiple client projectsA natural team player who also thrives client facing and soloComfortable moving fluidly between design consultant and salespersonRequirements5+ years' experience in luxury kitchen, furniture, or interior designStrong client facing, sales driven design experienceExperience in a luxury kitchen or furniture showroom environment is a strong advantageExcellent design sensibility and technical understandingFluent English required; fluency in Italian/and or Russian is a strong advantage given our client baseProficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software (training provided on Metron)Background in Interior Design or Architecture preferred, ideal for someone who brings a full interiors sensibility to kitchen designBased in or willing to relocate to Dubai
