Apply & track with Apply EdgeMinimum Educational QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualificationWork Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within Building Services / MEP Engineering Proven experience in ELV system design including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, structured cabling, and other ELV systems Experience in handling commercial, residential, or large-scale projects will be an added advantage Prior experience in the Maldives will be an added advantageTechnical Skills Strong capability in designing and developing ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.) Proficiency in preparation of design drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings Experience in ELV system calculations, specifications, and system integration Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Good understanding of relevant international standards and codes Primary Responsibilities Responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and components. Providing design support for ELV electrical services, including design calculations and conceptual design drawings and creating detailed electrical schematics and diagrams. Overseeing the project’s conception, design and specifications and manage scheduling, estimating and securing materialsEnsuring proposals are in compliance with the company’s quality procedures, client requirements, and relevant/latest industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, allotted budget, company strategy, and goals. Ensuring all paperwork submissions (e.g., Vendor Approval Submission, Project Reports and Schedule submission and works executed on sites) are according to specification, drawings and project requirements Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressive completed work Co-ordinating with clients and consultants on the technical requirements and attend technical discussions and meetings with authorities, developers, and contractors Co-ordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams, including group representatives for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly and timely delivery of works Represents the company at technical meetings with clients and stakeholders and serves as the company's technical representative to clients and suppliers Work closely with the procurement team and suppliers Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisorCommunication & Interpersonal Skills Strong communication and presentation skills Good public relations and stakeholder management abilities Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Leadership & Management Skills Ability to oversee design processes and support project execution teams Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement teams Capability to represent the company in technical meetings and discussions
