Senior Design EngineerMain Duties / ResponsibilitiesTo comply with the Company FZE QHSE policies and procedures.Responsible for setting Engineering Standards and processes.Responsible for providing technical drafting of drawings.Responsible for creation of assembly, disassembly, and redress procedures.Generation of Engineering test requests and reports.Responsible for design plan, review, and approval.Participating in the product development process.The company FZE equipment qualification and testing V0.Overseeing prototype design and testing of equipment in workshop.To analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and other technical data.To ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specification.Develops manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable design and standards.Use Client’s drawing control system and other systems to ensure drawing integrity is maintained.To define the Design Acceptance Criteria (DAC) as per the product and customer specific requirements.To interface meetings with Management and Manager for design and development requirements.AccountabilitiesAccountable for maintaining changes in design and communicating them to the concerned parties.Accountable for verifying accuracy of new drawings prior to assembly and testing.AuthoritiesTo present new packer design.To hold the assembly process if any changes are identified in drawings and design.To provide and review technical drafting of drawings for approval.To oversee prototype design and testing of equipment in workshop.Interfaces WithMD / OD / DEMinimum Requirements to Hold the Above Specified PositionEducation / Academic QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Design / Engineering or any similar field.Experience10 years and above in a similar field.Training SessionsQHSE / API Q1 AwarenessAwareness of product specification requirements like API 11-D1, ASNT, AWS, etc.Project Planning analysis awarenessExperience in AutoCAD, CADWorx, etc.SkillsFluent in EnglishUnderstanding of API manufacturing principles and methods and application to packer designWorking knowledge of completion equipment design calculationsExcellent package & opportunity.
