This is your opportunity to drive design excellence, ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders, and deliver innovative technical solutions that support successful project outcomes.About Your TeamYou will report to the Head of Design and work closely with consultants, subcontractors, project teams, and clients to manage design development, technical coordination, and project delivery. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring design quality, compliance, and alignment with project objectives from inception through completion.Your RoleAs a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading and managing design activities across multiple high-end fit-out projectsOverseeing design submissions, shop drawings, and technical coordination to ensure quality and complianceManaging RFIs, design queries, and stakeholder communication to support project deliveryCoordinating consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve seamless design integrationProviding technical solutions to site and construction-related design challengesMonitoring design progress, mitigating risks, and supporting project milestonesContributing to commercial matters including variations, procurement, and value engineeringLeading, mentoring, and developing design teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForExperience:Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within a fit-out contracting environment, including leadership of large-scale high-end luxury fit-out projectsDegree qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related disciplineProven experience managing design teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge & Skills:Strong technical knowledge of fit-out design, construction methodologies, and FF&E materialsProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent design coordination and stakeholder management capabilitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environmentComprehensive understanding of authority approvals, design processes, and technical compliance requirementWhat We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to landmark high-end luxury fit-out projects across the regionA collaborative and innovative environment focused on design excellence and continuous improvementA leadership role where your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and design management capabilities directly contribute to project successThe opportunity to mentor and develop high-performing design teams within one of the region’s leading construction groupsReady to elevate your career?
