Senior Design Manager - Saudi National

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager with a background in Architecture to join our team and support the successful delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design process across project stages. Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Review design deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines. Manage design coordination and resolve technical and design-related issues. Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables are completed within the required schedule. Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to the design team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in design management within architecture, engineering, construction, or major development projects. Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants and stakeholders. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight deadlines.
