Senior Design Manager (Saudi Nationals Only)

The Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC will oversee and integrate the architectural design processes to ensure that different asset types are in with the innovative vision of the Client for the project. The ideal candidate will lead a creative team, for quality and design excellence, and work in close collaboration with the Project Director and other essential stakeholders & Client to deliver exceptional projects.Responsibilities:Oversee the design scope and manage schedulingEnsure compliance with project specifications and standardsDirect the integration of design packages and emphasize safety within design effortsCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout every project phase, from the initial concept to final executionCreate comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reportsSupervise architecture and design staff, offering strategic guidance on design initiativeRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree In Architecture Engineering or similar related fieldProven expertise in architectural design and project managementA minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experienceThorough knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spacesStrong proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe SuiteExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAble to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is highly preferred
