Role PurposeThe Senior Specialist – Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality visual communications across the Group’s corporate, Investor Relations, executive, internal and digital channels. The role combines creative concept development with hands-on design execution and supports the visual direction of major corporate projects, including the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, financial results communications, presentations, social media and multimedia content. The role ensures alignment with MAIR Group’s brand guidelines and the approved visual identities and guidelines of its subsidiaries and operating companies.Working closely with the Head of Investor Relations & Communications and the wider communications team, the role translates approved messaging and content into compelling visual solutions, provides creative guidance to other designers and ensures consistency, quality and timely delivery across design outputs.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Concept Development & Visual DirectionDevelop creative concepts, visual themes and design approaches for major corporate communication projects.Translate communication objectives, approved messaging and content into clear and engaging visual narratives across print, digital and multimedia channels.Provide creative direction and recommendations on layout, information hierarchy, imagery, typography and visual storytelling.Corporate Reporting Design & ProductionLead the creative concept, design, layout and production of the Integrated Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Corporate Governance Report and other major corporate publications.Develop English and Arabic layouts, infographics, data visualizations, charts, photography treatments and other visual elements, and manage revisions through to final production-ready files.Investor Relations & Financial Communications DesignDesign and produce quarterly and annual financial results presentations, shareholder communications, results emailers, financial infographics, earnings materials, regulatory announcement visuals and other Investor Relations communications based on approved content.Present financial and business information in a clear, accurate and visually effective format.Executive & Corporate Presentation DesignDevelop and design high-level CEO, executive management, Board, Investor Relations and external stakeholder presentations. Enhance content through strong information hierarchy, visual storytelling and clear presentation of complex business and financial information.Digital, Social Media & Multimedia DesignDevelop creative concepts and visual assets for corporate social media, financial results videos, motion graphics, carousels, digital campaigns and other multimedia communications. Undertake or support video editing, animation and digital content production as required.Corporate & Internal Communications DesignDesign and produce corporate announcements, internal communications, employee engagement materials, newsletters, invitations, campaigns and other communication collateral. Ensure visual consistency across Group communications and support timely delivery of communication requirements.Design Team Support & Creative GuidanceProvide creative and technical guidance to other designers, review design outputs and support coordination of design priorities and workload. Share design best practices, provide constructive feedback and help maintain consistent quality standards across the design team.Bilingual Design & Arabic LayoutDevelop high-quality English and Arabic visual communications, with strong capability in Arabic typography, right-to-left layouts and bilingual formatting. Ensure approved bilingual content is accurately reflected in final designs and that Arabic and English materials achieve consistent visual quality.Website & Digital Platform Design SupportDevelop visual assets, graphics and layout elements for the Group’s corporate and Investor Relations websites and other digital platforms. Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of approved digital content from a design perspective.Brand Assets, Guidelines & Visual StandardsMaintain and enhance corporate templates, branded assets, design libraries and visual communication standards. Ensure consistent application of MAIR Group brand guidelines across Group-level communications, while accurately applying the relevant brand guidelines of subsidiaries and operating companies across their respective materials.Support the design team and internal stakeholders in maintaining clear brand differentiation, hierarchy and consistency across all communication channels.Creative Benchmarking & InnovationBenchmark leading regional and international companies across corporate reporting, Investor Relations, presentations, social media and digital communications. Monitor design trends and emerging visual communication practices and introduce relevant creative ideas to continuously enhance Group communications.Design Production & Quality AssuranceManage artwork preparation, revisions, version control and final files across design projects. Conduct quality checks covering typography, imagery, layout, resolution, formatting and production readiness, and ensure all final outputs comply with the applicable Group or subsidiary brand guidelines before release or publication.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, corporate communications design, digital design or a related field. Experience within a corporate, listed-company, financial communications or leading agency environment is preferred.Demonstrated experience in developing creative concepts and producing high-quality corporate materials across print, digital and multimedia formats is required. Experience in bilingual English and Arabic design is highly desirable.Experience & Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong PowerPoint and corporate presentation design capabilities.Strong experience in creative concept development, corporate reporting, long-form publications, executive presentations, financial communications, information design and data visualization.Experience with Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports and other major corporate publications is a strong advantage.Strong capability in English and Arabic design, typography, right-to-left layout and bilingual production, with the ability to accurately implement approved bilingual content.Experience in social media design, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia production is preferred.Strong understanding of print production, final artwork preparation, file management and digital asset production.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with communications, Investor Relations, business units, external agencies and other internal stakeholders.Core CompetenciesCreativity and conceptual thinking.Strong visual judgement, information hierarchy and storytelling.Attention to detail, accuracy and quality control.Planning, prioritization and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.Collaboration and stakeholder management.Ability to provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to other designers.Adaptability, problem solving and continuous improvement.Professionalism and confidentiality.
