Senior Designer

A well-known apparel company is seeking a Senior Designer to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, trend-driven designer with a strong background in men’s or unisex apparel and a sharp eye for streetwear, surf, skate, and contemporary fashion. The ideal candidate brings both strong creative vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to take concepts from idea to final product while maintaining brand integrity throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from initial concept through final product executionDevelop seasonal concepts, color stories, silhouettes, and product assortmentsCreate sketches, CADs, tech packs, and presentation materialsResearch fashion trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapeCollaborate closely with Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teamsEnsure design integrity is maintained throughout the development lifecyclePresent seasonal direction and design concepts to internal stakeholder

Qualifications

7+ years of apparel design experience (Men's, Unisex)Strong men’s or unisex apparel design backgroundExperience in streetwear, surf, skate, lifestyle, or contemporary categoriesStrong portfolio that demonstrates creative vision and product executionProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
