Our projects require a high level of autonomy, attention to detail, and rigorous execution standards.RoleThe Senior Architect is a key technical and organizational reference within the studio.He / she is responsible for the production, coordination, and quality control of architectural deliverables, particularly during detailed design, execution, and construction phases, while supporting junior and intermediate architects.The role requires full autonomy in project management, strict adherence to agency standards, and strong coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & ProductionDevelop architectural drawings, technical details, and full documentation packages independently, with a strong focus on luxury villa projects.Ensure consistency with the agency’s design language, standards, and templates.Quality ControlReview, correct, and validate drawings and documents produced by junior and intermediate architects.Act as a quality gatekeeper for all architectural deliverables.Team CoordinationSupervise and support junior team members, ensuring clear instructions and proper understanding.Contribute to skills development and technical guidance within the team.Project & Site CoordinationParticipate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.Follow up on drawings during construction phases and ensure alignment between design, approvals, and execution.Work closely with the project manager / site team to maintain architectural integrity.Process & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with internal workflows and tools (project tracking, documentation standards).Contribute to the improvement of internal methods, templates, and technical documentation.Maintain technical awareness through meetings with suppliers, consultants, and industry references.Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in ArchitectureMinimum 10 years of experience, with strong exposure to luxury villa projectsSolid experience in detailed design and execution documentationExcellent command of Archicad (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools are a plus)Strong technical knowledge of construction details and execution standardsHigh attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage complex projectsStrong communication skills in English (written and spoken)Profile SoughtSenior Architect with a strong luxury residential / villa backgroundComfortable working in a demanding, design-driven environmentHands-on, precise, and detail-orientedUsed to working in mid-sized studios with high responsibility and autonomyHow to ApplyPlease send your CV and portfolio via LinkedIn and by email to:📩 dorina@allioneinternational.com
