Responsibilities

Translate compelling visions into practical designsEnsure products aligns with brand aesthetic, quality, and target customerCollaborate closely with the design managerCollaborate with cross functional teamLead and mentor junior designersPresent ideas through sketching, presentation boards, design development and detailsKeep abreast and stay updated in industry trendsReview lab dips and strike-offsLead fit session with Technical DesignerCommunicate with buyers and oversea vendorsReact to product performance

Requirements
