Senior Designer (Woven tops)

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Designer to help lead the creative direction of a trend-driven apparel business. This person will bring strong design instincts, a clear point of view, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. The role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to create compelling product that aligns with the brand vision and supports overall business goals.Lead design direction across multiple product categories.Partner with leadership to support seasonal concepts and overall brand vision.Drive product development from initial concept through final execution.Contribute to color, print, fabric, trim, and silhouette direction.Ensure designs are trend-relevant, brand-right, and commercially strong.Collaborate closely with merchandising, product development, and technical design.Help manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Mentor and support junior team members as needed.Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.Key QualificationsSeveral years of apparel design experience.Strong understanding of garment construction and product development.Experience working across multiple product categories.Ability to balance creative vision with business needs.Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.Experience with trend research and seasonal concepting.Proficiency in standard design tools and systems.Leadership experience is a plus.
