Senior Desktop IT Supporter

Nordwand Group, Zurich are looking for a Desktop supporter in Horgen / Pfäffikon area. You will be resolving IT equipment and software issues and providing VIP level support internally.

Responsibilities

Prioritizing & resolving IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholdersAvoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance proceduresWorking on projects related to improving the service offered and efficiency of applicationsResolving incoming IT queries using Active DirectoryDocumenting processes and maintaining helpdesk recordsCollaborating with internal departments to ensure high level corporate supportKey Skills:Windows support experience (5-10 years experience)Active Directory, ServiceNow, Windows10, o365 etcClear communication skills in EnglishIf you would like to see a job specification for this position and others Nordwand Group is working on please apply with your most updated CV.
