You must have hands-on software development experience AND proven experience executing Digital Twin projects.Pure project managers with no coding background will be rejected.Developers with no Digital Twin experience will be rejected.The Role:We are looking for a heavy-hitting technologist who can bridge the gap between code and client. You will lead Digital Twin initiatives from technical architecture through to hands-on implementation, managing developers, 3D teams, and vendors while presenting solutions directly to senior stakeholders.What You Will Do:Lead Digital Twin projects spanning Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, IoT, BMS, and AI Analytics.Design solution architecture, integration strategies, and project blueprints.Stay hands-on in the code, troubleshooting complex integration or AI/ML bottlenecks.Manage cross-functional teams (3D, AI, API, infrastructure) and coordinate third-party vendor integrations.Lead customer workshops, technical demonstrations, and handover processes.Technical Profile Required:You must possess a strong hands-on development background with deep expertise in either Backend Architecture or AI/ML (or both):Backend & Integration: Extensive experience with REST APIs, middleware, database architecture, real-time data pipelines, and linking Digital Twin platforms with external enterprise systems.AI & Data Analytics: Proven ability in Computer Vision, LLM/Generative AI integration, predictive modeling, and building AI APIs within operational environments.Digital Twin Ecosystems: Practical exposure to 3D Digital Twins, IoT, Smart Buildings/Cities, Facilities Management, or Command & Control Platforms.Bonus Points If You Have:Exposure to Unreal Engine, Unity, NVIDIA Omniverse, Azure Digital Twins, or AWS IoT TwinMaker.Are you a builder who can lead?If you can architect a system, write/review the code, manage the project delivery, and present it confidently to a client, apply below.
