Tools & Solutions is a rapidly growing B2B service provider in the GCC, offering end-to-end corporate business and digital solutions.We provide:Corporate SolutionsBusiness incorporation and regional headquarters relocation to Saudi Arabia.Real estate and office space management solutions.End-to-end business process outsourcing.Taxation and VAT solutions, as well as financial services.HR SolutionsHR assessment and HR consultancy services.The Training & Learning Academy and human capital capacity-building solutions.Expert and management staffing and contracting, as well as end-to-end people solutions.Digital SolutionsSAP implementation, operations, and licensing.Big Data governance, consulting, management, and operations.Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Twins, and Generative Artificial Intelligence.Software development, operations, and licensing.Our clients include many Saudi government entities, as well as leading Saudi and international corporations.We are currently looking for a Senior Developer for an outsourcing opportunity, who can perform at the top of their game and join us in contributing to our continued success.Role OverviewThe Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software applications and solutions within an enterprise environment.The role involves translating business and technical requirements into scalable and reliable software solutions, developing and integrating applications and APIs, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate possesses strong software development expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, and extensive experience working with modern development technologies and enterprise applications.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-quality software applications and solutions.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective and maintainable technical solutions.Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code following software development best practices.Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs, services, databases, and third-party system integrations.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and production issues.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices.Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver successful technology solutions.Contribute to application modernization, digital transformation, automation, and cloud initiatives.Support application deployment, release management, testing, and production support activities.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on development practices, tools, and solutions.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, PHP, Go, or equivalent.Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.Proven experience developing enterprise applications, APIs, services, or software solutions.Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant technical certifications are considered an advantage.Application deadline: 23 October 2026
