Senior Developer SAP ABAP HCM

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP HCM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and ABAP development. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HR ABAP development, Payroll processes, custom enhancements, interfaces, and SAP HCM module development. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, develop, and support SAP HCM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP solutions.Develop and maintain custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows within the SAP HCM landscape.Work extensively on SAP HR Infotypes and Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll modules.Analyze business requirements and provide technical solution designs.Develop and enhance: Reports, Interfaces, Conversion programs, enhancements, User and Customer exits, BADIs, BAPIs Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party applications.Develop payroll-related reports and custom objects.Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.Collaborate with functional teams during requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and production support activities.HR ABAP DevelopmentInfotypes and HR Master DataLogical Databases (PNP/PNPCE)HR Function ModulesHR ReportingPayroll Cluster ReadingHR Data Retrieval Techniques
