We are looking for an experienced real estate development professional with strong exposure to retail and/or mixed use developments. The role will focus on identifying and evaluating development opportunities and supporting projects from early-stage strategy and feasibility through positioning and business planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in financial modelling, feasibility studies, investment analysis and development strategy.About the Role:Cenomi Centers is looking for a Senior Manager - Development to join our Development & Delivery team in Riyadh.We are looking for an experienced real estate development professional with strong exposure to retail and/or mixed use developments. The role will focus on identifying and evaluating development opportunities and supporting projects from early-stage strategy and feasibility through positioning and business planning.The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in financial modelling, feasibility studies, investment analysis and development strategy.Role Key Responsibilities:• Lead the assessment and screening of new development, redevelopment, expansion and asset enhancement opportunities• Conduct market research, demand and supply analysis, site assessments and development opportunity evaluations• Lead development feasibility studies and financial modelling including development costs, revenues, returns, sensitivities and investment scenarios• Prepare investment analysis, scenario modelling, business cases and development recommendations• Develop project positioning, development concepts and development briefs based on market demand and commercial objectives• Assess land and development opportunities and support acquisition and investment recommendations• Guide pre-concept and early-stage design from a development and commercial perspective• Work closely with Leasing on retail strategy, tenant mix, GLA allocation and key commercial assumptions• Develop and consolidate asset business plans in coordination with Leasing, Design, Finance, Operations and Asset Management• Evaluate redevelopment and expansion opportunities across the existing portfolio to support asset value creation• Monitor market trends, competitive developments and emerging concepts to identify potential development opportunities• Prepare and present feasibility studies, development strategies, business plans and investment recommendations to senior management• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, partners, investors and other key stakeholders throughout the development processRole Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred• 7+ years of relevant real estate development experience• Strong experience in retail and/or mixed use developments• Hands-on experience in development financial modelling, feasibility studies and investment analysis• Experience in market research, opportunity screening and development opportunity assessment• Experience in project positioning, development concepts and development briefs• Strong understanding of retail development, mall planning, tenant mix and GLA• Experience in asset business planning and investment strategy• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong written and spoken English
