Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager - Commercial Office to lead the development of our commercial office projects within the master development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in commercial real estate development, who can drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overall vision and standards.ResponsibilitiesManage the full development lifecycle of commercial office projects, including planning, design, construction, and deliveryDevelop and implement effective strategies that optimize project performance, profitability, and sustainabilityCollaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of development plansConduct market research and feasibility studies to guide project decisions and enhance commercial viabilityOversee budget management, scheduling, risk assessments, and quality control throughout all project phasesEnsure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standardsReport regularly to senior leadership on project milestones, budget status, and potential risks or opportunitiesLead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentIdentify opportunities for innovation and improvement to add value to Qiddiya's commercial office portfolioRequirementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, preferably with a focus on office spacesDemonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial office projects from inception to deliveryStrong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and feasibility analysisExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management tools and softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyKnowledge of local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirableExperience working in the Middle East region is a plusBenefitsThe opportunity to be part of one of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious city developmentsA role dedicated to a specific residential asset type, allowing you to build deep expertise in your areaA fast-paced, high-impact environment where strategic thinking and execution excellence are highly valuedCollaboration with global industry leaders in real estate development, architecture, and planning
