Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering and be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure, tools, and processes that power our platform at scale.You will work closely with the Software Engineers and the Product team to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. You'll own our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability stack — and play a key role in shaping how we build and ship software.What you will doDesign, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructureManage and scale Kubernetes clusters, Helm deployments, and GitOps workflows using ArgoCDBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deploymentsMonitor system health and respond to incidentsManage data pipelines and database infrastructure (Aurora, Snowflake, CDC pipelines)Partner with the Director of Engineering to define and execute infrastructure strategyParticipate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systemsAbout You4-5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or an Infrastructure Engineering roleStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and KubernetesHands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps principles, and CrossplaneExperience with CI/CD tools and solid scripting skills in Bash and PythonExcellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutionsExperience with data infrastructure (Snowflake, CDC pipelines, Aurora)Experience deploying and managing AI agents in production environmentsCloud cost optimization experienceSalary Range: $150,000 - $170,000
