We're looking for a Senior DevSecOps Developer to join a high-performing global team and play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade DevSecOps solutions.🔹 Location: Curitiba, Brazil🔹 English: Advanced/Fluent🔹 Work Model: Collaborating with local stakeholders and global teams across Europe and IndiaYour role and responsabilities: ✅ Design and develop DevSecOps components and services✅ Build secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with embedded security and quality gates✅ Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)✅ Drive GitOps practices, deployment automation, and release management✅ Integrate security scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls into the SDLC✅ Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement lasting solutions✅ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership initiativesWhat We're Looking For🔹 Strong experience with CI/CD engineering and automation🔹 Kubernetes and cloud platform expertise🔹 Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)🔹 Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps best practices🔹 Knowledge of observability, platform tooling, configuration management, and policy-as-code🔹 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsNice to Have🏆 Cloud and platform certifications🏆 Experience working in large enterprise environments🏆 Exposure to global delivery models and cross-functional teams
