Senior DevSecOps Engineer – GCP📍London (hybrid working)A high-growth technology company is hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen cloud and platform security across the organisation. You’ll work closely with development, product and cloud teams to drive security culture, shape roadmaps and embed secure engineering practices.This is a hands-on, standalone role with real ownership — they’re not expecting someone who is 100% GCP-focused, but they do need a cloud engineer with recent DevSecOps experience and solid exposure to GCP alongside AWS or Azure.What You’ll DoStrengthen cloud security across GCP infrastructureBuild automated security guardrails into CI/CD pipelinesDrive security culture and help shape engineering roadmapsSupport company-wide security initiatives, including AI policy governanceImplement and manage security tooling across cloud, Kubernetes and pipelinesWork closely with dev and cloud teams to embed secure-by-design practicesAct as a security champion, helping teams adopt secure patterns and improve delivery confidenceWhat You’ll BringCloud engineering background with recent DevSecOps experienceStrong experience/exposure with GCP (IAM, networking, security controls)Kubernetes security experience (GKE/EKS/AKS)Strong IaC skills (Terraform/OpenTofu)Experience with security tooling (Aqua, Falco, Prisma, Checkov, Trivy, OPA etc.)Scripting/automation skills (Python, Golang or Shell)Ability to influence teams and drive security culture forwardLondon | Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the London office
