Job Title: Senior Digital Banking Manager

Location: QatarExperience: 7+ YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Banking Manager with strong hands-on experience in digital banking platforms, technical architecture, core banking integrations, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in setting up or launching digital banking / neo banking platforms and managing technical projects across banking environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of digital banking platforms, including mobile applications and online banking portals.Manage integrations with core banking systems and third-party FinTech APIs, including account opening, payment gateways, and KYC/AML solutions.Drive digital banking technical projects from inception through implementation and launch.Define technical roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.Manage vendors, technology partners, and external consultants while ensuring SLA compliance.Coordinate with financial regulators and ensure digital banking platforms meet applicable regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with data residency, cybersecurity, consumer protection, AML/KYC, and risk controls.Coordinate security assessments, penetration testing, audits, and remediation activities.Requirements7+ years of experience in digital banking, platform development, or technical project management.Proven experience in launching or setting up a digital banking / neobanking / mobile banking platform from the ground up.Strong understanding of core banking APIs, cloud architecture, microservices, and secure digital onboarding.Hands-on experience with digital banking platforms, OAuth, biometrics, authentication standards, and payment ecosystems.Experience coordinating with regional financial regulators and implementing regulatory requirements.Experience embedding risk and compliance controls into SDLC.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Arabic communication skills are mandatory.English communication skills will be an added advantage.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Interested, please share CV to ashwija@linnk.com
