Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the functionality and experience of different digital platforms end to end12+ years of experience and Arabic speaking is mandateCollaborate directly with the leadership team within customer ecosystem to understand vision, expectations, and strategic direction for the platformTranslate business and strategic inputs into clear UX improvements and actionable design recommendationsAssess the current platform and identify opportunities to:Improve usability and user journeysEnsure consistency and standardization across modulesEnhance overall user experience and accessibilityWork closely with the platform development vendor to guide implementation of UX enhancementsDefine and document UX standards, guidelines, and best practices for the platform and for all customer’s applicationsConduct user journey mapping, usability reviews, and gap analysisRecommend improvements for navigation, workflows, dashboards, and interfacesEnsure alignment with Dubai Culture’s digital platforms goals and operational efficiencyProvide regular updates, insights, and progress reports to stakeholdersTesting the implemented UX improvements and get users feedback
