Powered by best-in-class e-commerce technology, logistics, and customer experience capabilities, the platform enables customers to discover, shop, and receive products from multiple Dubai Mall retailers through a seamless digital journey.Joining The Dubai Mall Online offers a unique opportunity to help build and scale a high-growth business from the ground up, working alongside some of the world’s most recognized brands while shaping the future of omnichannel retail in the GCC.What You'll DoAs a Digital Merchandiser, you will take full ownership of the digital visual identity, storefront navigation, and visual customer journeys for Dubai Mall Online. This role bridges luxury retail visual aesthetics with high-converting e-commerce UX. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and external partners to curate category storefronts, operationalize new app features, and ensure flawless customer journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Storefront Visual Strategy: Lead digital visual merchandising across the app homepage, categories, promotions, and brand pages.Elevate Visual Identity: Translate Dubai Mall’s premium positioning into a distinctive, luxury-focused digital experience.Promotional Calendarization & Campaign Phasing: Plan and execute visual updates around key shopping events, seasons, and launches.Multi-Brand Curation & Trend Spotting: Curate cross-brand collections, trends, new arrivals, and thematic product edits across key categories.Brand Onboarding & Visual Enablement: Set visual standards, imagery guidelines, and shop-in-shop templates for new brands.Visual Customer Communication: Align visual storytelling across the app, CRM, push notifications, content, and marketing campaigns.Day-1 Arabic Navigation Execution: Ensure Arabic/RTL visual layouts and navigation are seamless and UI-compliant.Customer Journey Testing & QC: Continuously test key journeys and storefront elements to identify and eliminate UX friction.Ecosystem Visual Enablement: Provide visual guidelines, assets, and templates for Emaar and tenant partner activations.Feature Operationalization: Work with Tech and Product teams to launch and optimize new storefront features and tools.Data-Driven Merchandising: Track CTR, conversion, click maps, search performance, and other metrics to continuously optimize layouts and placements.What You'll Need5+ years of digital visual merchandising experience within premium e-commerce platforms, multi-brand retail apps, or digital fashion marketplaces in the GCC.Deep understanding of luxury retail visual standards, storefront architecture, and e-commerce conversion mechanics.Hands-on expertise with enterprise CMS platforms, e-commerce storefront managers, and visual asset workflows.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Tech, Commercial, Marketing, and external enterprise partners.Exceptional attention to detail with a relentless focus on customer-facing visual quality.Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building visual structures and workflows from scratch in a high-velocity environment.Professional fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
