Senior Digital Power Business Development Manager

The Senior Digital Power Business Development Manager will spearhead business expansion in the renewable energy market, focusing on advanced digital power solutions across Nigeria. This position requires strong strategic business development expertise combined with a technical background in digital energy technologies, including smart grids, solar energy, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).Key Responsibilities"Identify and capture new business opportunities across solar, smart grid, battery storage, and wind power sectors.Build and manage executive-level relationships with key client accounts, industry partners, and strategic stakeholders.Lead contract negotiations to secure high-value, long-term commercial agreements.Promote and drive the adoption of digital energy technologies, including IoT-enabled power systems, smart grids, digital metering, and AI-driven energy management.Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to formulate pricing strategies and deliver market intelligence to senior leadership.Direct cross-functional teams in deploying complex energy projects, ensuring seamless technical integration and alignment with client specifications.Establish and optimize new revenue streams through value-added services and innovative product offerings to ensure sustained profitability.Key Qualifications & Requirements:+10 years of business development or strategic sales experience within the energy sector, specifically focused on digital power, smart grids or renewable energy solutions.Bachelor's degree (B.Eng.) in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.Proven track record of managing strategic accounts, driving top-line growth and closing complex energy infrastructure deals.Deep technical domain knowledge in digital power systems, smart grid technologies, IoT applications in energy, and solar/BESS solutions.Strong leadership capability to guide technical and operational teams through project execution.Open to Locals!
