About the Role

We are transforming how we plan, deploy and support our frontline workforce through next-generation Workforce Management technology. As part of our enterprise-wide Labor Optimization strategy, we are building AI-powered products and data capabilities that help align labor with customer and operational demand, simplify scheduling, improve labor adherence and create a better experience for our associates and leaders.Our Workforce Management Product organization is focused on building scalable technology solutions across workforce forecasting, intelligent scheduling, time and attendance, labor optimization, associate self-service and foundational workforce data. These products bring together complex data domains—including labor standards, timekeeping, pay rules, scheduling and workforce-related operational data—to enable better decision-making across thousands of retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership:Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery and continuous iteration. Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and operational needs. Identify high-impact opportunities through user insights, data analysis, and stakeholder inputs. Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and innovation. AI & Data-Driven Product Development:Define and drive AI-powered product capabilities, including conversational AI, automation, and intelligent recommendations. Partner with Data Science and ML teams to translate models into usable, valuable product experiences. Ensure AI features are user-centric, measurable, and aligned with responsible AI principles (transparency, trust, feedback loops). Leverage product analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and behavioral data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes. Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and product patterns to continuously evolve the roadmap. Execution & Delivery:Lead feature prioritization across scheduling, time-off, benefits, and AI-driven experiences. Write clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Own backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization in Agile environments. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery. User-Centered Product Development:Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to deeply understand associate workflows and pain points. Advocate for user-centric solutions, especially for frontline retail employees with diverse digital literacy levels. Ensure usability, accessibility, and simplicity remain core to all product decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Workforce Management (WFM), Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and HR stakeholders. Align cross-functional teams around priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes. Act as the central point of coordination across business, design, engineering, and data teams. Metrics, Insights & Impact:Define success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and track product performance post-launch. Use dashboards, analytics tools, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Communicate progress, insights, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Leadership & Communication:Present product strategy, roadmap, and business impact to senior leadership and executives. Drive alignment across global teams (GCC and US-based stakeholders). Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture. Risk Management & Operational Excellence:Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early; proactively drive resolution. Ensure product decisions consider scalability, reliability, and operational constraints in retail environments.Experience Required:9 to 12 years of product management experience, with demonstrable ownership of mobile or enterprise application products.Proven track record of end-to-end Agile product delivery — from discovery through launch and iteration.Experience working across distributed, cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders.Familiarity with Retail, Supply Chain, or Workforce Management domains is strongly preferred.Exposure to AI/ML product features, chatbot flows, or conversational AI integrations is a plus.Strong executive communication skills — ability to present clearly to senior leadership and influence decisions at all levels.
