About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Products Specialist to support the development and operation of digital products by analyzing user needs, documenting requirements, following up on feature development and enhancements, and coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Digital Product Manager in monitoring digital product development and implementing approved improvement plans.Gather and analyze business and user requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital features.Coordinate with technical teams and service providers to clarify requirements and monitor implementation according to priorities.Monitor the status of digital features and enhancements and ensure progress according to approved plans and timelines.Review prototypes and digital designs in coordination with users to ensure alignment with business requirements.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document feedback, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved.Analyze user feedback after digital product launches and provide recommendations for product improvements.Monitor digital product usage metrics and analyze results to support product development and improve user experience.Coordinate with business functions, including Operations, E-commerce, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure alignment between digital products and business needs.Support the prioritization of requirements and enhancements based on operational impact and user needs.Monitor operational issues related to digital products and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them.Document digital product updates, releases, and changes and maintain clear and accurate records.Prepare periodic reports covering digital product status, open requirements, feedback, and improvements.Support user training and knowledge transfer related to new digital products and features.Review the quality of digital deliverables before launch and ensure compliance with approved requirements.Required QualificationsEducationDiploma or higher degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience3–5 years of relevant experience in digital products, business analysis, product operations, or a related field.Experience in gathering and documenting business and user requirements.Experience in supporting digital product development and coordinating with technical teams.Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user feedback analysis, and digital product improvements.Required CompetenciesStrong ability to analyze user needs and accurately document digital requirements.Good skills in following up on feature development and enhancements with technical teams.Ability to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze post-launch feedback.Good understanding of digital product concepts, user experience, and process improvement.Strong reporting and coordination skills with business stakeholders.Strong documentation and attention to detail.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization where you will play a key role in supporting the development and continuous improvement of digital products across Reef Group.
