Senior DIGITAL TWIN Delivery Project ManagerCoventry | Hybrid£80,000 + benefits | PermanentI’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Digital Twin Delivery Project Manager to join a major organisation delivering an innovative transformation programme across both digital technology and physical infrastructure.This is a genuinely hybrid delivery position, approximately 50% digital / 50% physical infrastructure, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between technology delivery, engineering, operational assets and site-based implementation.The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end Digital Twin projects, from initiation and planning through to deployment and operational handover. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, Operational Technology (OT), data, software development, system integration and site delivery.What you’ll be doing:Leading complex projects across digital transformation and physical infrastructureOwning end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and qualityCoordinating engineering, OT, data, software, operational and third-party supplier teamsDriving Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlogs, reviews and retrospectivesCoordinating Digital Twin deployments across operational sites, including integration, testing, commissioning and operational handoverManaging RAID, governance, change control and executive-level reportingBuilding strong relationships with senior leadership, engineering teams, operational stakeholders and delivery partnersWhat we’re looking for:5+ years' experience delivering projects using Agile methodologiesStrong track record delivering both digital and physical infrastructure projectsExperience within utilities, water, wastewater, infrastructure or operational environmentsStrong end-to-end project management across scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk and resourcesExperience leading complex, multidisciplinary teamsExcellent senior stakeholder and supplier management skillsStrong governance and executive reporting capabilityExperience with Digital Twins, OT, SCADA, telemetry, IoT, AI or operational asset environments would be particularly valuable.If you’re a Senior Project Manager who enjoys sitting at the intersection of digital technology, engineering and physical infrastructure, I’d love to hear from you.Please apply or message me directly for a confidential conversation
