قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob PurposeDirect the design process across all ARDARA projects (including architecture, engineering, and interior design), for various asset types (i.e., residential, retail, offices, hospitality, and F&B) in order to ensure their alignment with the project’s vision, the desired design concept, design specifications along with the international and local standards, as well as to ensure they are prepared and submitted within given timeframes and budget.Key AccountabilitiesGeneric AccountabilitiesStrategy Development, Planning and/or ContributionDevelop and direct the implementation of the department strategy ensuring alignment to divisional strategy, ARDARA’s vision, mission, and corporate objectives.Ensure that department strategy and related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with the vision and mission of ARDARA.Ensure the provision of subject matter expertise for the assigned domain and counsel ARDARA’s leadership on all related areas to facilitate the achievement of ARDARA’s strategy and departmental strategies.People ManagementManage the effective achievement of department objectives through effective leadership and by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating team to maximize performance.Lead the talent development initiatives for the assigned department, collaborating with divisional experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit business requirements. Budgeting and Financial Performance Oversee the consolidation and recommend the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresDevelop and lead the implementation of departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned department so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.Change Management Lead the management of change through continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices considering global standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.ReportingEnsure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet ARDARA requirements, policies, and quality standards.Job RequirementsMinimum QualificationBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Urban Design or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering Architectural Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.Experience15+ years of relevant experience in architecture, strategic design, or engineering in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development company that includes most of the asset classes ARDARA is developing.Experience both on Designer-side as well as Developer-side is preferred.
