Senior Director – Financial Reporting

We are partnering with a leading, large-scale organisation in the UAE to appoint an experienced Senior Director – Financial Reporting to lead group consolidation, financial reporting, and accounting governance across a complex multinational business.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience managing financial reporting across large, multi-entity organisations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead group-wide financial consolidation across 100+ legal entities, including international subsidiaries.Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reporting.Ensure accurate consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Drive financial reporting transformation, automation, and process standardisation.Enhance financial systems, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.Lead geographically dispersed finance teams and partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership.What We're Looking For:18+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial reporting, accounting, and controllership.Proven experience within large multinational organisations, ideally generating USD 7 billion+ in annual revenue.Demonstrated experience managing complex group consolidations involving 100+ legal entities.Strong technical accounting expertise, particularly IFRS and multinational financial reporting.Experience leading financial transformation, process automation, and reporting improvements.Oracle ERP experience is highly preferred.CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is essentialThis opportunity is particularly suited to senior finance professionals currently operating as Senior Directors, Group Financial Controllers, Heads of Group Reporting, or Directors of Financial Reporting within large, complex organisations.DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
