🚨 HIRING: Senior Director, Laboratory Operations Management📍 Location: Atlanta, GA💰 Salary: $183,700 – $270,100/year🏥 Type: Full-Time | Executive LeadershipWe’re seeking an experienced Senior Director, Laboratory Operations Management to lead complex clinical laboratory operations within a large healthcare enterprise.This is an executive-level opportunity for a proven leader with experience leading other leaders, managing multiple laboratory functions, and driving enterprise-wide operational excellence.🔑 Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading managers/directors and other leaders
• Large healthcare enterprise experience
• Master’s degree preferred/strongly desired in Healthcare, Leadership, Laboratory Science, Operations, or related field
• Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare, or related field
• 12+ years of relevant healthcare/clinical laboratory experience with a Bachelor’s, or 15+ years of relevant experience
• CAP/CLIA accreditation & regulatory compliance experience
• Clinical laboratory bench competency
• Labor-management partnership experience
• National/regional laboratory coordination experience
• Proficiency testing oversight
• Experience managing credentialed medical technology staff
• Public health agency collaboration
• Laboratory testing methodology evaluation
• Operational/project budget management experience🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple laboratory departments/units
• Lead and develop managers and other laboratory leaders
• Drive quality, safety, compliance, and accreditation initiatives
• Oversee CAP/CLIA readiness and regulatory requirements
• Develop workforce and succession strategies
• Lead laboratory process improvement and cost optimization
• Evaluate new testing methodologies, technologies, and workflows
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate with local, state, and national public health organizations
