Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a senior-level laboratory leader with a proven track record of leading leaders and managing complex laboratory operations within a large healthcare enterprise.The ideal candidate will bring strong executive leadership, laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, workforce management, and enterprise-level program experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple laboratory departments and leadership teamsLead and develop Directors, Managers, and SupervisorsDrive enterprise-wide laboratory strategy, operational excellence, quality, and patient safetyPartner with executive leadership and senior stakeholdersOversee CAP/CLIA accreditation, regulatory compliance, and inspection readinessLead laboratory quality, proficiency testing, competency, and training programsEvaluate new testing methodologies, technologies, and process improvementsOversee workforce planning, budgets, resources, and operational performanceCoordinate local, regional, and national laboratory initiativesCollaborate with labor-management partners and public health organizationsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Leadership, or related field8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory operationsProven experience leading other leadersExperience with large-scale, multi-department laboratory operationsStrong clinical laboratory and medical technology backgroundCAP/CLIA accreditation and regulatory compliance experienceProficiency testing and quality management experienceExperience managing credentialed laboratory professionalsOperational or project budget management experience
