Leads Regional Operations Directors and operational leadership to ensure achievement of financial, clinical, regulatory, quality, workforce, and growth objectives in alignment with Company strategy.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and direct the Operations Department, providing strategic direction, governance, and overall oversight of operational performance across all assigned regions and clinics, ensuring Regional Operations Directors and clinic leadership achieve financial, clinical, regulatory, quality, workforce, and growth objectives in alignment with Company strategy.Provide leadership, direction, and performance oversight to Regional Operations Directors and the Operations leadership team, establishing operational priorities, KPIs, and standards across the Operations Department, and holding leaders accountable for results.Own overall accountability for Operations financial performance, including budget, labor, supplies, expenditures, productivity, and capital requirements, review and approve regional operational plans, staffing strategies, and budgets, and partner with the Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director on the development and approval of regional operating budgets and financial forecasts.Coordinate closely with the IT Director and Finance Director on systems that support clinic operations and patient care, including review of operational and patient related systems, and support the insurance cycle that originates in operations as it feeds into finance, in a coordinating rather than an owning capacity.Coordinate closely with the Director of Clinical Services and the Biomedical Engineering function on matters affecting clinical safety and medical equipment across assigned clinics, supporting timely identification, escalation, and resolution of equipment and safety related issues, in a coordinating rather than an owning capacity.Lead and approve the business case, site selection, and capital allocation for all Denovo new center development, expansions, relocations, and other operational growth initiatives across all assigned regions, with execution coordinated at the regional level.Ensure all assigned regions and clinics comply with applicable Saudi laws and regulations, maintain required statutory and regulatory certifications, and ensure compliance with Governing Body meetings, monthly QAPI meetings, care plan conferences, and other governance requirements.Provide executive oversight of significant incidents, operational risks, and recurring trends, and oversee Corrective Action Plans and significant deficiencies arising from internal and external surveys, audits, inspections, and regulatory findings through to timely closure.Lead crisis management and business continuity planning for the Operations function, ensuring appropriate response protocols are in place for emergencies, service disruptions, and other significant operational risks.Collaborate with the Clinical Services Department and Medical Leadership to ensure compliance with Company clinical standards, and ensure achievement of program target goals for patient outcomes, quality patient care, admissions, and retention across all assigned clinics.Provide strategic oversight of physician, Medical Director, referral source, hospital, and community relationships, and oversee operational performance related to patient admission, retention, capacity utilization, and patient experience.Lead workforce planning, performance management, and professional development for Regional Operations Directors and the Operations leadership team, and provide oversight of recruitment and selection for key Operations leadership positions in collaboration with Human Resources.Establish staffing structure standards, productivity benchmarks, and workforce qualification requirements across all assigned regions and clinics.Approve major contractual agreements and strategic partnership arrangements that carry material financial or operational impact across the region, and identify and lead opportunities for operational standardization, productivity improvement, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across all clinics.Partner with the Regional Vice President, International in preparation for JV meetings, strategic planning, and operational reviews, consolidating input across all assigned regions to inform business priorities and major operational decisions, and represent the Operations Department in executive leadership, governance, and other management meetings as required.Lead, understand, and promote the Company’s mission, vision, values, and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity, safety, corporate responsibility, and objectives, and ensure all staff within the Operations function meet required qualifications and perform duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, professional practice requirements, and applicable Saudi laws and regulations.Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.Qualifications RequirementsEducation Requirements:Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.Experience Requirements:Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in healthcare, nursing, or operations roles, preferably within dialysis or hospital settings.Minimum of five (5) years of senior leadership experience with responsibility for multiple facilities, regions, or a healthcare Operations function.Demonstrated experience leading senior operational leaders and managing multi-site healthcare operations.Other Requirements:Certified Health Leadership Academy (HLA) is preferred.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHMG) is preferred.
